Payment in 3 interest-free installments is available via ALMA for purchases of €100 or more.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES SECURELY?

By bank card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD):
• By clicking on the bank card of your choice, you are directed to the Payplug secure payment platform which integrates the SSL security standard.
• When making your payment, you indicate your card number, the expiry date and the cryptogram (3 digits on the back of your card).
• Your bank verifies your identity using the 3D Secure system.
• This confidential data is automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified in order to prevent abuse and fraud.
• The transaction is debited from your account on the day your order is shipped.

WHAT IS 3D SECURE?

As part of its fight against fraud, JIJI Studio implements 3D Secure payment for all its transactions. 3D Secure is an authentication payment system that enhances security when you shop online. At the time of payment, your bank verifies the cardholder's identity before validating the transaction.
This service is offered to you free of charge by your bank for your payments by Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.

THE AUTHENTICATION PROCEDURE

1. Validate your basket and enter your bank details.

2. Your bank verifies the identity of the user or cardholder.
After validating your bank details, you will be transferred to your bank's website. In the 3D Secure window that appears, the authentication process to follow is specific to each bank. You may be asked:
- enter your date of birth,
- to enter a code received by SMS,
- to answer a personal question.
When ordering, check that you can receive the 3DS authentication SMS (operator restriction, order from abroad, network coverage, etc.).
3. Finalize and validate your order. After bank confirmation, your payment is validated and your transaction finalized. You will receive your order confirmation by email and will be charged on the day of shipment.

Your transaction is canceled after 3 authentication failures. Three canceled transactions result in your payment card being blocked. In this case, contact your bank.

For any questions about the 3D Secure code (obtaining, losing, changing, etc.) and the authentication procedure, contact your bank directly. JIJI Studio never asks for your bank details by email. You only enter your bank details on the order payment page.
